The Position

The opportunity

As a Strategic Procurement Partner,  you will lead and execute all local procurement activities within the Site Services organization at RSS Hungary. Acting as the primary point of contact for procurement-related matters, you will develop and implement a site procurement strategy aligned with global standards. You will ensure policy compliance, cost-effectiveness, and service excellence through continuous process improvements and stakeholder collaboration.

Developing and executing the local procurement strategy in alignment with global standards and business requirements to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Leading and overseeing all procurement activities, including reviewing requisitions, managing sourcing processes, and implementing procedural improvements.

Building and maintaining strategic supplier relationships, conducting evaluations, and managing contracts to ensure optimal service, pricing, and compliance.

Creating, reviewing, and updating procurement-related policies, SOPs, and guidelines in line with internal controls, legal standards, and audit requirements.

Tracking and reporting procurement KPIs, savings, and vendor performance, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and cost optimization.

Managing and optimizing car fleet operations, collaborating with leasing partners, and monitoring trends to enhance usage efficiency and vendor performance.

Supporting and contributing to cross-functional projects by providing strategic procurement expertise, ensuring vendor engagement, contract compliance, and timely delivery.

Who you are:

University education in Economics, Business, or a related field

3–5 years of procurement experience in indirect products and services

Proven track record in developing and implementing sourcing strategies that deliver cost savings and quality improvements

Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills

Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

High integrity, accountability, and attention to detail in compliance-driven environments

Proficiency in English and Hungarian is required
