This role involves analyzing data, communicating findings and recommendations to Leadership, and assisting in RFQ process.

Tasks and Qualifications:

This is What You Will do in This Role:

Detail new material requirements in master file, and assign them for RFQ processPrepare reports and presentations, and supervise procurement KPIsSupport in the pre-work and results analysis of RFQs for Direct materialsSupport internal audits and compliance with procurement policies

Qualifications:

Active student in the last semesters of Industrial Engineering, International Business, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.Valid internship agreement with a university.Sophisticated English (written and spoken) is mandatory – able to connect with international suppliers via email and video call.Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, basic formulas).Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is desirable.
