Responsibilities The Opportunity This position will be responsible for leading the transformation of executive vehicles and all DTS transport sourcing activities, contract negotiations tariffs, year over year cost reduction initiatives, inflation mitigation strategies, create and execute tactics to cover volume operation requirements. This is a leadership position with responsibility of managing ~$107 MM usd of the total executive vehicles + Logistic DTS Outbound PMF Spend. The Indirect Procurement Sr Supervisor will partner closely with Total Rewards, Fleet, Outbound Transportation, Finance, Transportation Control Tower (MCC), Security, AP, Productivity, Finance, Sustainability and Move LatAm supporting the operation journey Your Impact As Strategic Procurement Coordinator- for Indirect adquisitions, your responsibilities would consist of: • Leadership in the logistics strategy focused on Executive Vehicles and DTS Channel, responsible of sourcing and bid processes, carrier selection, negotiation of rates and conditions, awards and proovide full data to execute contract management • Ensure the best negotiations with agencies suppliers • Develop Category Strategy aligned to business goals • Strategic alliances with suppliers—that is, long-term collaboration with a particular partner • Sustainability management jointly prioritizes economic, ecological, and social sustainability • Ensure the best in class tariffs per route applying Cost Management strategy executing TCO, Total Cost of Ownership • Execute RFP, RFI & Eauction trough Ariba system managing supplier relationship with dircet comunication. • Execute direct negotiation to deliver the right tariff, savings, cash flow, cost avoidance and service level improvements • Execute analytics and understanding of the current cost, rates and total spend in order to take actions. • Manage compliance to Pepsico relevant policies as well as government regulations under category in charge. • Devolop a strong engagement and relationship with suppliers and internal stakeholders. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers driving optimized value through strategic relationship management program (SRM). • Source of new ways to work, trends and provide information and best in class practices. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional who is ready to take the next step in their procurement career. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in logistics and transportation, and a passion for delivering operational excellence in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment. Education Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Experience & Skills 3+ years of experience in consumer goods companies, managing logistics and executive vehicles categories. Proven track record in high-volume inbound/outbound transportation operations with a customer-centric and performance-driven mindset. Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Strong command of procurement fundamentals, including: Procurement Capability Model 7-Step Sourcing Process Spend Analysis E-Sourcing Risk Management (BCP & SRM) Compliance & Contract Management Market Intelligence & Supplier Evaluation Demonstrated experience leading or collaborating in matrixed organizations, across multi-functional and multicultural teams. Ability to formulate strategy, manage projects, and solve complex problems in a dynamic, outcome-oriented environment. Deep understanding of procurement and logistics industry trends and best practices to guide category strategy. Strong analytical thinking: Ability to gather and interpret industry and supplier data to build competitive intelligence and support business planning. Proficiency in strategic sourcing methodologies to ensure supplier agreements align with performance and cost objectives. Highly collaborative and capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders across internal teams, regional procurement functions, and external suppliers. Confident in decision-making and comfortable taking calculated risks. Strong skills in tactical execution, executive-level presentations, and financial analysis. Continuous improvement. Systems Proficiency Advanced user of: SAP Ariba Power Steering Power BI (Developer level) Lean/Six Sigma (nice to have) Ready to Join Us?
