At CE-O, we’re expecting a strong period of growth mainly driven by new product launch,
indication & formulation expansions and increased competitiveness, efficiency and
productivity. To expedite the trajectory, we’re searching for a highly qualified talent to
work closely with the Head of CE-O.
This role will
1) Support in setting an overachieving platform to synergize resources, maximize
investment in the most critical areas, mobilize talents & fluid knowledge and experience
where needed, and pave the way for new business opportunities. Help bring cross-
functional Business Partners together and leverage their expertise to make things
happen.
2) Support in setting CE-O strategic vision and plans for both near term and longer term.
Includes but not limited to integrated business plan and essential contents for global or
local critical dialogue sessions.
Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任

In collaboration with CE-O leaders to initiate cross-franchise platforms, plan
cross-franchise and/or cross-functional interactions to achieve strategic and
operational alignment while cultivating the desired mindset and behaviors.
Identify areas of opportunities across the CE-O organization and make actionable
recommendations. Design and execute enhancement to organizational
effectiveness; find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them.
Develop and execute strategic business initiatives with skillful oversight and
support. Assist and communicate with CE-O leaders in decision-making, program
management, and initiative implementation.
Guide CE-O leaders with expert advice to evaluate risk factors when making
critical business decisions as well as to enhance overall team efficiency.
Serve as a key connector, not limited to CE-O team but also with cross-functional
and cross-divisional stakeholders, such as Product Development, Pharma
Technical & Supply Chain, Roche Diagnostics, to collaborate for business
success.
Facilitate outcome-based planning and communicate outcomes to departments.
Keep CE-O essential strategic meetings focused; planning and coordinating them
effectively.
Set CE-O key triple-win outcome indicators to measure and reinforce team
performance in all dimensions.
Serve as a subject-matter expert, provide franchises hands-on support to
transform ideas into reality and monitor their progress.
Qualification and Experience 能力与经验
Required Experience/Qualifications
At least bachelor’s degree with marketing, access or cooperate strategy
experience in top consulting firm
At least five years of experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry,
preferably in an external customer facing role;
Possess strong business sensitivity and holistic view in portfolio management.
Be accountable to push projects’ implementation;
Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
especially cross team collaboration;
Strong business acumen and adaptive capability;
Can do attitude, can work under high-pressure and fast pace.
