Strategic Planning Sr Manager

The role involves identifying growth opportunities, supporting key business decisions with data-driven insights, and ensuring the alignment with regional and support teams. + Lead the strategic planning process for Amex in Brazil, including market analysis, business case development, and execution roadmaps + Collaborate cross-functionally with support teams to align priorities and drive business performance + Work closely with regional HQ to ensure proper alignment and leverage of resources + Evaluate new payment technologies, partnerships, and business models to enhance our payment ecosystem. + Develop and maintain financial models and performance KPIs for strategic initiatives. + Prepare strategic presentations and reports for executive leadership and board-level discussions. + Monitor regulatory and technological changes affecting the payments landscape. **Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. + 5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business development, or payment services + Strong analytical skills and experience in financial modeling, market sizing, and strategic assessment. + Deep understanding of the payments industry + Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. + Proven track record of managing complex cross-functional projects. + Proven ability to operate effectively in a complex, global matrix structure + English **Preferred Qualifications** + Spanish + Proficiency with Excel and Power Point **Qualifications** We back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
