**Description:** The Lockheed Martin Space Next Generation Interceptor \(NGI\) team is seeking an entry Strategic Planning Associate to be part of a team in Courtland, AL producing missile defense technology that could forever change our ability to deter and respond to adversity\! The successful candidate will work in a fast\-paced manufacturing environment, collaborating with cross\-functional teams to support production operations\. The role will require strong communication and problem\-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team\. In this exciting role you will be responsible for, but not limited to: • Support NGI Production Leadership team with production execution, staffing, and preparation for production and test • Develop and maintain the Long Range Staffing Plan and implement workforce planning strategies\. • Manage IMS schedule tasks and milestones using Agile tools like JIRA\. • Create and deliver status charts to key stakeholders using Microsoft Office products \(PowerPoint or Word\) • Serve as program interface and provide support to teams and stakeholders\. **Basic Qualifications:** • Ability to obtain & maintain Secret Clearance • Proficiency in Microsoft Office \(e\.g\.
