Validated understanding of business concepts, practices and procedures. A firm grasp of economics, financial analysis, market research and data analysis. Strong time management and project management skills. High-level collaboration skills required for global regions/ cross functions/ Emerson cross BUs work. Ability & flexibility to travel. Proficiency in spoken and written English for presentation to the Board.Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Relevant degree holder with 5 years of proven experience in a comparable organization in related industries preferably with Process/Valve Automation/Oil & Gas/Chemical.
