🔹 Fleet Solutions – Design and scale innovative connected vehicle products tailored for fleet customers, delivering actionable data, operational efficiency, and digital services that unlock new value.
🔹 Strategic Partnerships – Identify, negotiate, and launch new commercial partnerships with leading players in the mobility ecosystem, unlocking joint value propositions and new revenue streams for GM.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
Fleet Solutions VerticalDesign and lead the end-to-end development of connected services and digital products for fleet customers.Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to validate product-market fit, define roadmaps, and ensure successful delivery.Build strong value propositions, business cases, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies.Monitor performance and continuously optimize products for adoption and growth.Strategic Partnerships VerticalIdentify and develop new partnerships in mobility, logistics, fleet management, connectivity, and data services.Lead negotiations, onboarding, and launch planning with external partners.Co-create joint offerings and integrations that expand GM’s footprint and capabilities.Manage ongoing partner relationships to drive performance, renewals, and innovation.

Additional Job DescriptionYour Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field.Fluent in EnglishSolid experience in Product Management, Business Development, or Strategic Partnerships, preferably within the automotive, logistics, or SaaS sectors.Proven track record of building and launching B2B products and/or partnerships from scratch.Solid knowledge of Connected Vehicle Services, Fleet Operations, and Mobility Trends.Strong business acumen with experience in P&L ownership, commercial modeling, and stakeholder alignment.Strategic mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence across all levels.Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach.High autonomy, ownership, and drive to deliver impactful results in a fast-changing environment.What Can Give You A Competitive Edge (Preference Qualifications)
Spanish is a strong plus.Previous experience in strategic consulting or corporate advisory is highly valued and considered a strong asset.#LI-LL1
