Strategic Partnerships Manager - Business Accounts

Our hospitals, care sites and clinicians are recognized for clinical and operational excellence. **Primary Function/General Purpose of Position** The Strategic Partnerships Manager role will play a critical role in the development of a comprehensive strategy to grow Bon Secours Mercy Health's Business Partners Program. This role will focus on relationship management with both internal and external partners. **Essential Job Functions** + Identifies new products, define elements of product (service) offerings, and matures product offerings + Develops the comprehensive strategy to grow BSMH’s Business Partners Program through successful relationship building with internal and external partners + Creates a pipeline of potential partners that align to our values and portfolio brand + Partners with cross-functional teams to drive internal thinking and shared goals on partnership opportunities + Identifies value propositions, build proposals, and independently present to internal and external parties + Understands the cross-functional requirements for onboarding new partners and work closely with the internal and external teams to ensure successful launches + Acts as the Business Partner’s primary point of contact through event execution ensuring a successful event that meets or exceeds BSMH’s goals This document is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, or working conditions associated with the job.
