We have an exciting opportunity for you to be part of the Strategic Partnerships team focused both on Personal Auto Insurance and Commercial Insurance Partnerships. Under general direction, this role executes end-to-end ownership of assigned external partnerships that drive new business acquisition and other strategies for GEICO.
Your role will include a mix of business development, sourcing, and partnership management. As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will collaborate internally with Product, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Tech and other divisions to bring GEICO products to a new market or external partners into GEICO’s marketplace. You will closely manage assigned partnerships throughout program launch, successful integration, and implement strategic plans to drive positive business outcomes including increased sales and revenue.

Source new external partnerships that fit the acquisition strategy for different lines of business. Develop a method of doing business with sourced partners through coordination and collaboration with multiple departments such as: IT, Pricing/Product, Legal, Marketing, CRM, and Financials. Conduct financial analysis to value new business opportunities.Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to lead strategic direction for the acquisition, integration, and long-term success of assigned partners.Take full ownership of high-complexity business problems such as balancing partner priorities with GEICO opportunity and resource allocation, plan items, product features and relationship management.Become a business knowledge expert at selling a range of GEICO product offerings and capabilities.Monitor key indicators of partnership production, act when warranted, and alert management of findings that require further action.Adhere to the GEICO Code of Conduct, company policies and operating principles.What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of Business Development Experience; preferably in the Insurance Industry.Bachelor’s degree required.Accomplished performance in sales, relationship management and contract development.Strong understanding of OEM, Data analysis and AIExceptional written and verbal communication with excellent presentation skills.Strong results orientation, with a history of meeting or exceeding performance goals. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt leadership styles to diverse individuals and situations. Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve customer outcomes. Annual Salary
$91,225.00 - $189,625.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
