Key Responsibilities
Partner Enablement:Support partners in understanding, positioning, and selling Oracle CSS offerings
Educate partners on the company’s services capabilities, reference architectures, and innovation areas. Solution Design & Advisory:
Collaborate with partners and internal teams to design service-based solutions tailored to customer requirements and also work with CSS Sales in order to delivery final proposals and contracts. Pre-Sales Support:
Lead or support discovery sessions, value proposition presentations, RFP responses, and customer workshops alongside partners. Go-to-Market Alignment:
Work closely with partner and Oracle sales managers to align on campaigns, solution positioning, and strategic joint pursuits, always aligned with Oracle Alliance organization.
Contribute to GTM planning with GSIs by aligning on solution themes, target industries, and key customers.
Support creation of Oracle+GSI-specific win stories.
Act as a bridge between internal sales/delivery and GSI partner teams. Pipeline Support:
Support key deals by providing technical input, risk assessment, scope definition, and commercial recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Relevant experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales roles, ideally in IT services, cloud, or enterprise software. Strong understanding of professional/managed services, cloud transformation, or digital solution delivery. Experience working with strategic partners (e.g., GSIs, MSPs, hyperscalers). Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences. Ability to work across cross-functional teams (sales, delivery, marketing, legal, product). Familiarity with partner ecosystems (e.g. KPMG, Kyndryl, Deloitte, PWC, Microsoft, AWS, Google, Salesforce, etc). Ability to build trust and technical credibility across internal and external stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with joint value proposition development and co-selling motions. Multinational or regional partner management experience.
