Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or management consulting, in the media and entertainment, influencer and creator networks/agencies. + Experience managing partnerships and negotiating agreements. + Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management. + Ability to communicate in English and Arabic fluently to support partner relationship management in the region. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and strengthening relationships with key industry partners, consulting our partners on their YouTube strategy, and tracking their impact to drive both our mutual success. You will leverage your expertise in relationship building, negotiation, project management, and cross-functional collaboration, you will contribute to the strategic development of YouTube's partnerships in MENA.
