Strategic Partner Manager, Europe

We are now expanding our sales team and looking for a **Strategic Partner Manager to be located either in France, UK, or Spain** . This role will cover markets such as the UK, France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, and Italy. *** Are you an experienced and skilled distributor manager or account manager with a bold and strong attitude? *** Do you want a new experience working in a best-in-class sales team? **What You’ll be Doing:** As the Strategic Partner Manager for Europe, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing distributor and service partner networks across multiple countries, strengthening market presence and improving sales of our extensive product portfolio. **Your main responsibilities will include:** + Building regional channel coverage and driving sales of our products, services, and aftermarket offerings through strategic distributor networks. + Leading the implementation and execution of our go-to-market strategy while closely collaborating with the European Commercial Leadership Team to develop and execute local strategies that enhance sales and market coverage. + Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and increase market coverage, identifying growth opportunities within key partners to formulate effective strategies for capitalizing on them. + Building a robust sales pipeline for key accounts and supporting the implementation of our go-to-market strategy. + Collaborate with account sales teams for joint efforts in business development, monitor and manage channel partner performance, and plan innovative marketing initiatives to drive engagement and sales. + Cultivating and maintaining long-term relationships with strategic channel partners, acting as their primary point of contact, and promptly addressing their concerns. **About You:** You’ll be fluent in French and English, with a willingness to travel within Europe and have easy access to major airports. **To thrive in this role, you will have:** + Solid experience in distributor or channel management, ideally with multi-country responsibilities. + Strong background in selling industrial capital equipment and understanding of associated aftermarket and service business. + Knowledge of retail fuel markets, forecourt equipment, and related technologies. + Business fluency in French and English; additional language skills in Spanish, German, or Italian are advantageous. + Excellent skills in account management, driving action plans, and sales operations. + Proactive and positive approach with strong interpersonal and presentation skills. + Experience with CRM systems, sales analytics, and project management tools is beneficial. + A degree (or Masters) in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related disciplines; additional certifications in project sales or business development are a plus.
