Strategic Partner Lead - Adobe

12 month fixed term contract

 

Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where you will work 3 days in the office, 2 days a week from home, and may be based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane.

About the role

Leadership: Our Director of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships, Athena Thompson, is the leader of this role. Athena is passionate about the future of AI and is excited to partner with you on the strategic relationship we have in place with Adobe. She sits on our Executive team and is based in Sydney.  

 

As a Strategic Partner Lead, you’ll own the strategic relationship with Adobe across the APAC region, understanding objectives and aligning them with Insights value proposition. We will count on you to drive demand and grow market share, exceed sales targets, maximise profitability, and enable internal teams to deliver exceptional outcomes aligned with Adobe’s licensing programs. Along the way, you will get to:   

 

Work with the Sales, Marketing & Operations teams to ensure seamless orchestration of partner initiatives, co-sell motions, enablement activities and achievement of Insight partner KPIs Cultivate and manage high-impact relationships with Adobe to align on joint business objectives and strategic priorities Lead the Adobe business plan and execute partner events, joint marketing campaigns, and promotions to boost visibility and engagement Develop plan for migration of customers to Insight’s Platform Deliver enablement programs to internal sales, marketing and operations teams on Adobe solutions, licensing, and strategic priorities Partner with the Adobe Program Specialist to orchestrate licencing and deal-reg motions and ensure alignment across sales and operations. Oversee pipeline development with Sales, reporting on Adobe programs to ensure forecast accuracy and target alignment Analyse metrics and recommend actions to optimise results Lead cross-functional projects with Adobe, Insight, and partners Communicate and report to stakeholders at all levels for transparency and alignment Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow. What we’re looking for

Extensive experience in partner management or sales, with Adobe ecosystem experience Proven success in driving revenue and maximising partner income and rebate reporting Strong understanding of Adobe licensing models (VIP to VIP Marketplace, ETLA) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and CRM, e.g., Salesforce Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple forums with strong written and oral communication and presentation skills. High degree of executive acumen Strong project management and orchestration capabilities
