We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Operations Lead to work directly with the Division President of our Global Industrials Sector. This role will serve as a strategic partner, helping to drive operational excellence, streamline communication, and support the execution of key initiatives across the division. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, analytical thinker with strong leadership skills, have the ability to navigate complex organizational structures, and a proven track record of working effectively across diverse global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the Division President to develop and implement strategic plansOversee the execution of key initiatives and ensure alignment with divisional goalsDrive operational excellence by translating strategic plans into actionable tacticsMonitor progress on strategic objectives and provide regular updates to leadershipOperational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and drive efficienciesDevelop and implement systems to enhance productivity across the divisionManage cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery of outcomesCommunication and Liaison: Act as a liaison between the Division President and other key stakeholdersRepresent the Division President in executive-level meetings, negotiations, and strategic discussions with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent messaging and decision-making alignmentFacilitate effective communication across teams and departments, working closely with the division communications leadPrepare and deliver executive-level presentations and reports

Decision Support:

Analyze complex data and provide insights to support decision-makingConduct research on industry trends and competitive landscapePrepare briefing materials for the Division President on critical issuesFoster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvementRepresent the Division President in meetings and forums as neededCollaborate with division finance lead and other key leadership for budget planning and resource allocation.Ensure efficient use of resources and identify cost-saving opportunitiesIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation plansSupport the Division President in managing unexpected challenges or emergenciesLead change management initiatives across the divisionDevelop strategies to overcome resistance and ensure smooth transitions during organizational changesDrive innovation initiatives within the divisionEnsure divisional operations comply with company policies and proceduresSupport the development and implementation of governance frameworks

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred10+ years of experience in business operations, management consulting, or related fieldsStrong understanding of the industrials sector and relevant market dynamicsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsOutstanding written and verbal communication abilitiesProven track record of leading complex projects and driving resultsAbility to work effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teamsHigh level of discretion and ability to handle confidential informationProficiency in data analysis tools and project management software

Travel Requirements: Minimal; occurrences to be mutually agreed upon

This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and gain broad exposure to all aspects of our global industrials business. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the division and driving its continued growth and success.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

88,000.00 – 176,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
