**Job Description:**
Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Strategic Operations and Customer Insights Lead to join our SEA&I Commercial Excellence and Regional Marketing team.
**_Strategic Operations and Business Intelligence (BI) – 0.8 FTE_**
Strategic Operations
+ Work closely with regional and country leaders to challenge status quo and refine strategies of where to play and how to win at country and cluster level, supported by business insights
+ Strategic & Operational Business Planning: Partner with the Regional TA Commercial Leads to drive the annual Business & Strategic Planning process (BP and LRFP) across SEA and India, including patient numbers, unit forecasting model development, and management across both in-market brands, NPL, and assets in early development stages.
+ Work with cross country and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance current frameworks and methodologies and manage performance dashboard to support the governance and progress otowards strategic objectives for SEAI patients for in-market brands, NPL, and assets in early development stages.
Business Intelligence
+ Local BI members report to this role.
+ Business Insights & Analytics:
+ Gain an understanding of key business priorities, identify and gather appropriate data to be analyzed, employ best in class analytical methods and tools, and generate, deliver and embed meaningful customer and market insights and recommendations
+ Surface opportunities and risks against plans based on sound analytics and insight generation
+ Contribute to building enterprise capability in advanced analytics and drive forward thinking predictive analytics
+ Continuously evaluate and drive enhancements of current intelligence / analytical tools to ensure fit for purpose, in close collaboration with key stakeholders in region and OpCos.
+ Business Engagement & Partnering:
+ Work with cross functional stakeholders within the business including Marketing, Sales, IT, Finance to deliver cohesive view of the market, customer, pricing, opportunity and risks
+ Proactively build and nurture relationships with key business partners to drive insight-based decision making
+ Collaborate with the business on plans to identify and capitalize on opportunities to reach more patients who are in need of our medicines
+ Vendor Management:
+ Define and respond to key business questions by synergizing the capabilities of internal and external partners in the fields of market research, analytics, forecasting, and competitive intelligence
+ Ensure optimal use of existing platform functionality and strategic review of emerging capabilities
+ Manage relationships with external data providers to ensure continuity of service and assess new offerings
**_Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) – 0.2 FTE_**
+ SEA SFE Cluster Lead reports to this role
+ Build a SFE mindset and culture
Be an ambassador for collaboration, change and continuous improvement
**_Key Competencies_** :
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, science or equivalent
+ Minimum 5-10 years pharmaceutical or life sciences experience
+ Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel with deep experience in complex Excel models and large data sets
+ Advanced skills in Power point and presentation skills to concisely and skilfully present market and company data
+ Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across functional areas and markets
+ Self-starter mindset and keen interest in continuous learning and being aware of advances in data visualization, statistical modelling, database design
+ Experience partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders
+ Demonstrated ability to synthesize data, interpret data, and process observations into actional recommendations
+ Ability to interact with and influence senior leadership teams
**Preferred:**
+ Background in Healthcare Consulting, Sales & Marketing and/or Analytics
+ Experience with visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
+ Experience with Veeva and CRM platforms
