We are looking for talented professionals to join our Operations team at Marsh. This position will be based in Bogotá. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The Strategic Operations Analyst will be responsible for verifying the accuracy of data, managing billing and reconciliation processes, and preparing reports for service leaders and clients.

We will count on you to:

Verify that the data is complete and correct by performing the necessary validations.

Follow up with the insurer and notify the Billing Analyst about the processed movements for their management.

Prepare and deliver reports (e.g., insured population reports, payroll discount reports, movement status reports) to the Service Leader or Service Agent for client delivery.

Reconcile movements, billing, and collections, using advanced Excel skills and strong mathematical capabilities.

What you need to have:

A minimum of 1.5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in insurance companies or agencies.

Technical or higher education; students are accepted as long as it does not interfere with work hours.

Proficiency in the Office suite, Teams, and Outlook.

Advanced Excel skills.
