Job Description
What does this role entail? The Strategic Marketing Director will partner with the Director of Marketing and Senior Director of Marketing to drive marketing strategies and manage RangeWater’s communities’ digital footprint. This role will lead a team of multifamily strategic marketing managers that oversee the planning, execution and optimization of multifamily communities' digital programs. This includes developing media plans, engaging with audiences across digital channels and optimizing marketing investments.
Essential Roles You Will Play
Oversees strategic marketing managers – multifamily division.
Partners with the Director and Senior Director of Marketing to implement larger strategies for multifamily portfolio management.
Create, develop, and retain a strong performance-oriented strategic marketing team—one that operates with clear objectives and strategies in order to achieve brand, sales and profit goals. Must be able to meet predictable attendance and punctuality expectations and physical demands of the position complying with RangeWater’s policies and performance expectations.
Available to attend and participate in presentations to prospective owners/clients to secure management agreements by preparing proposed marketing and advertising plans, developing reports that highlight RangeWater’s marketing success, and meeting with clients and owners to discuss short- and long-range marketing plans.
Continually researches and make recommendations on new opportunities and marketing channels in the local market. Brings about innovative ideas and incorporates non-industry trends to continue pushing the department and company forward. Stays abreast about current market and competitor conditions that may impact portfolio occupancy and sales results.
Work Hours and Work Environment:
Monday through Friday: 8am – 5pm
Exempt employees are expected to adhere to the standard workweek schedule and work any hours necessary to perform the duties of the job. Must be able to perform the essential job functions unaccompanied.
