Strategic Marketing Leader

Role Mission

We are seeking a strategic and collaborative MarCom Leader to serve as plug-in marketing expert to the Digital & Services team of Power Products Division. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing and communication strategies that amiplify SE’s leadership in digital and services-based innovations, ensuring alignment with the divisision’s innovation roadmap and go-to-market strategy. Your work will directly influence customer engagement, partner enablement, and marketing positioning for next gen digital and services offer from PP division. 

 

Key Responsibilities\:

1.  Strategic marketing & Story-telling

a)  Partner with the business leader to translate innovation roadmaps, serviceability plans, and digital transformation strategies into compelling marketing narratives for internal and external audiences

b)  Develop high-impact thought leadership content (blogs, whitepapers, social media) that reinforces SE vision for future-ready digital and services offers

c)  Craft differentiated messaging that highlights unique value prop in electrical distribution, digital transformation and service-based business models

d)  Serve as the primary marketing liaison between PP hubs, global services marketing teams, segment marketing and other functions, ensuring consistent messaging and executions across organizations

e)  Engage with external market analysts and research firms to validate and promote key initiatives. 

2.  Campaign and Demand Generation

a)  Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversion, aligned with the digital customer journey across multiple touch points

b)  Collaborate with Hubs and leagues to create marketing assets (videos, animations, brochures), sales enablement and customer success stories for digital and services offers 

c)  Support Service through Partner strategy by developing co-marketing programs, training and sales enablement tools

d)  Identify and activate strategic events (internal/external) to showcase digital and services offers, engaging key partners (panel builders, contractors, system integrators)

e)  Measure campaign performance, optimizing strategies to maximize business impact

 

Qualifications

1.  Education and Experiences

a)  Bachelor’s degree, preferred in Engineering, Marketing, Business or related filed (MBA preferred)

b)  5 years in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial tech, power distribution, or digital services. 

c)  Proven track record in developing marketing strategies, campaigns, and thought contents for technical audiences

d)  Experience working with partner/channel ecosystems

2.  Skills and competences

a)  Exceptional story telling – ability to simplify complex technical /strategic concepts into customer-centric messaging

b)  Collaborative leadership – comfortable working in a matrixed and global organization with multiple stakeholders

c)  Digital-savvy - Familiarity with digital transformation, IoT, or service-based business models is a plus.
