Primary Accountabilities
Program Administration:
Lead the execution of reporting on security strategic initiatives that improve the organization’s security framework.
Manage key security projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for security initiatives and report progress to leadership.
Provide updates on security financial status, risk assessments, and digital transformation initiatives.
Work with leadership to track long-term security roadmaps and strategic priorities.
Utilizes leadership best practices, continuous professional growth, and management training to effectively guide teams, provide constructive feedback, and ensure excellence in security project management.
Collaborate with IT, security, risk, and business leaders to mitigate security threats.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, security, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or PMP are a plus.
Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards.
3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in project management experience leading security or IT initiatives
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate technical security risks into business impacts.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
Keeps abreast of new and emerging technologies and effectively assesses their potential use.
Desired Skills
Experience with security frameworks.
Familiarity with risk quantification and financial impact analysis.
Understanding of security implications in digital transformation, M&A, and business innovation.
Experience creating and managing detailed project plans outlining goals, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
Proven ability to provide performance management to track progress against KPI’s, identify needed improvements and make necessary adjustments to stay on track.
Ability to create and facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication between different teams and departments to ensure successful project execution.

At Inmar, compensation reflects our belief in integrity, transparency, and the value of individual contributions. The hiring range for this position is:
94,160.00 - 141,240.00 USD AnnualThe final offer may vary based on factors such as geographic location, job-related skills, education, certifications, work experience, and other relevant considerations.
