Strategic Growth Manager – Enterprise & Cross-Platform Solutions
Sinclair’s AMP Media Sales is expanding its multi-platform enterprise business, and we're looking for a **Strategic Growth Manager – Enterprise & Cross-Platform Solutions** to play a critical role in that evolution. This is a unique opportunity to join a performance-minded team driving innovation across the advertising landscape—connecting brands with audiences through high-impact sports, entertainment, news, and lifestyle content across linear TV, Connected TV (CTV), videocast, digital, social, branded content, and live events. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing strategic partnerships with brands and agencies. You’ll bring a consultative, insights-driven approach to sales, helping clients navigate a complex media ecosystem while delivering meaningful results through Sinclair’s growing suite of multi-platform solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** **Enterprise Sales Strategy** + Develop and execute a focused sales strategy targeting national and enterprise-level clients + Identify high-value prospects and craft tailored outreach strategies to unlock new revenue opportunities + Partner with marketing and product teams to package Sinclair’s cross-platform capabilities into compelling client offerings **Innovation and Product Development** + Drive innovation by developing creative, cross-platform advertising solutions that integrate brands into Sinclair’s media ecosystem, including sports, entertainment, news, and lifestyle content across linear TV, CTV, videocasts, digital, social, and live events + Identify emerging trends and shifts in audience behavior to inform the creation of new advertising products and future-facing strategies that position Sinclair at the forefront of the evolving media landscape **Client Acquisition and Growth** + Prospect and secure new business across key verticals by understanding client needs and aligning them with Sinclair’s advertising solutions + Lead the full sales cycle—from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and close **Consultative Solution Selling** + Take a strategic, insights-led approach to client engagement + Leverage research, data, and audience insights to shape compelling multi-platform solutions that drive performance + Develop customized proposals and presentations that clearly articulate campaign value and ROI **Market and Industry Intelligence** + Stay informed on market shifts, competitor strategies, and media buying trends + Use this intelligence to proactively inform clients and strengthen Sinclair’s market positioning **Internal Collaboration** + Work cross-functionally with planning, ad operations, product, and marketing to develop solutions and deliver flawless execution + Serve as a connector between client needs and Sinclair’s internal innovation roadmap **Client Relationship Management** + Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients and agency partners + Provide ongoing strategic support to grow existing accounts and increase share of spend **Qualifications:** + 5–10 years of experience in enterprise media sales, business development, or strategic partnerships + Demonstrated success selling cross-platform advertising solutions (TV, CTV, videocast, digital, social, audio, etc.) + Deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem, including agency structures, DSPs, and programmatic platforms + Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills + Analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable strategies + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern sales enablement tools; familiarity with AI-powered prospecting tools is a plus + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field **This role is based in New York City and requires a minimum three days in the New York office.** Sinclair is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and a drug free workplace. The base salary compensation range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, quarterly and annual incentive plan bonuses, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
