0%GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\n• Organizes complex data used as input for strategy. Data includes market research, market analysis, market research, internal analysis, etc.\n• Serves as communication expert in synthesizing data and creates storylines in strategy presentations for executive review.\n• Translates key strategic themes and messages into creative presentation form.\n• Ensures visual messages and written/audio messages support one another.\n• Develops and creates strategy presentations.\n• Assists with overall communication strategy.\n• Writes and edits whitepapers.\n• Writes, edits and proofreads other strategy documents.\n• Other related duties assigned as needed.\n\nEDUCATION REQUIREMENTS\nBachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing communications, business administration or humanities or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. \n\nGENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES\n• Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner\n• Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools\n• Analytical and statistical examination skills \n• Ability to understand and apply learned concepts\n• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines\n• Exceptional interpersonal skills: establishing personal and professional relationships among diverse internal and external publics \n• Understands best practices for designing charts and using PowerPoint\n• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, PowerPoint, Photoshop and other graphics and/or presentation software\n• Basic web skills – design, SharePoint and HTML skills a plus \n• Good understanding of financial concepts\n• Attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality\n\nFIS JOB LEVEL DESCRIPTION\nAdvanced professional role requiring high skill with extensive proficiency. Works independently with only administrative supervision and the ability to overcome major obstacles and recognize early when issues should be escalated or a senior peer needs to be consulted. Wide latitude for independent judgment and is expected to provide guidance and cross-training to others. Effectively communicates with all levels of technical and non-technical personnel. Consults with senior peers on moderate to complex processes to learn through experience. Typically requires five to seven years professional experience in the financial services industry or related business strategy experience.
