**About The Role:**
+ As a CBRE Client Care Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the daily activities of client services personnel.
+ This job is part of the Client Services Job Function. They are responsible for providing daily advice and support to clients that need assistance with business products and services.
**What You'll Do:**
Review work product to ensure the team remains in compliance with corporate branding standards and adherence to policy.
+ Ensure team deliverables are complete and resources are deployed where needed. Addressed customer complaints that needed further attention and responded to intricate customer inquiries about policies and procedures.
+ Coordinate and provide back-up support to the team during absences, attrition, or heavy work.
+ overflow periods.
+ Ensures all departmental forms are accurate and submitted within deadline frame.
+ Assists management with implementation of training program for employees. Provide guidance and training to new and current team members.
+ Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
+ May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.
+ Has a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.
+ Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.

+ High School Diploma or equivalent experience with 3+ years of job-related experience. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
+ In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.
+ Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
+ Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Outstanding organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive approach.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Strategic Client Supervisor position is $55,000 annually (Hourly $26.44) and the maximum salary for the Strategic Client Supervisor is $65,000 annually (Hourly $31.25). The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
