Job Summary:

As a key driver of strategic transformation, you will apply your expertise in process improvement, change management, and instructional design to support the successful execution of enterprise-wide initiatives. In this role, you’ll help shape a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing operational efficiency, accelerating innovation, and enabling scalable growth.

Principal Responsibilities:

Champion Change Across the Enterprise
Lead and support change management initiatives that align with our strategic goals, ensuring smooth adoption across diverse business units and geographies.Facilitate Process Excellence
Design and lead engaging workshops that unlock team potential and streamline processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and other proven methodologies.Enable Strategic Execution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, providing the tools and guidance needed to drive measurable outcomes.Leverage Data for Insightful Decisions
Conduct root cause analysis and apply data-driven techniques to identify performance gaps and recommend targeted improvements.Develop High-Impact Learning Solutions
Create and deliver engaging, skill-based training programs that support change adoption and capability building across the organization.Inspire and Influence
Help communicate the “why” behind change, gaining buy-in and energizing teams to move forward with confidence.Communicate Value and Impact
Partner with business leaders to articulate the value of new initiatives, quantify engagement outcomes, and report progress to executive sponsors.

Work Experience:

Typically 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.


Education and Certification(s):

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
