Strategic Business Analyst

We are looking for a driven and adaptable Business Analyst to support a range of business-critical projects. This role is primarily focused on business analysis — understanding needs, shaping requirements, improving processes, and ensuring alignment between business goals and delivery outcomes.

However, given the evolving nature of our project landscape, the role will also involve active involvement in project delivery and data analysis. The successful candidate will need to flex between responsibilities to keep initiatives moving forward and ensure value is delivered consistently.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis (Primary Focus)

Engage with stakeholders to capture and define business requirements.Document processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.Translate business needs into clear and actionable deliverables.Support solution design and validate outcomes through testing and feedback.

Project Delivery Support

Collaborate with project leads to help manage timelines, risks, and dependencies.Track project progress and support coordination across multiple workstreams.Ensure smooth communication and alignment between business and delivery teams.

Data & Insights

Use data to validate assumptions, identify trends, and support decision-making.Work with internal data sources or partner teams to deliver actionable insights.Contribute to reporting and performance tracking across key projects.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Business Analyst across cross-functional teams.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage changing priorities and work across multiple projects.Comfortable supporting project coordination and basic data analysis tasks.Familiarity with tools like Visio, Excel, Power BI, or equivalent.Ideally experience with Salesforce/AI tools
