This role will be responsible for supporting high-touch branded content activations through the pre-sale development of 360-sponsorship materials and assisting in the project management of advertising campaigns that involve video, social, and live events. This manager role will work closely with the creative strategy and ad production arms of the studio to bring these activations to life.
Key job responsibilities
* Become an expert on Wondery’s core shows, including the hosts, subject matter and industry insights.
* Develop go-to-market materials (decks, one-sheets etc.) for Wondery’s portfolio of shows, and customize these materials to assist with RFPs for branded content.
* Provide creative thought-starters and media planning guidance for high-touch proposals that include video, social and live events.
* Work collaboratively across sales sponsorships, content, marketing, franchise, legal, finance and talent management to ensure all proposals are thoroughly vetted for execution, and talent considerations are managed with internal stakeholders and advertising customers
* Manage and direct talent, and produce video content with product placement
* Partner with show teams to deliver social elements for custom campaigns, providing a strategic point of view on what will perform and how to maximize impact and reach
* Serve as the client-facing project management lead for live events; work with advertising clients to bring custom executions with brand integration and live content capture to life
* Send RFPs to production partners for live events and oversee all aspects of pre production, activation, and final delivery
A day in the life
The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the Wondery brand, its shows (and hosts), as well as the ability to work collaboratively across various internal and external teams to deliver exceptional branded content campaigns.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in brand strategy, sponsorship development and/or branded content
- Experience project managing branded content campaigns from initial pre-sale RFP strategy through post-sale execution
- Experience with managing visual assets such as logos, title cards, lower thirds etc.
- Experience across social platforms, inclusive of YouTube, Twitter/X, TikTok, Instagram, etc.
- Podcast, social, video, audio and/or live event experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Having a background in paid media is a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
