\n✅KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n\nLead and inspire a small team of bid professionals to deliver proposals of the highest quality\nOwn relationships with senior colleagues within our sales teams to prioritise opportunities and activities that will have the biggest impact on our growth\nLead and facilitate workshops (both in-person and online) to develop and review bespoke, opportunity-specific value propositions\nCreation of proposal storyboards that support the articulation and delivery of the bid strategy, ensuring adherence to customer requirements where necessary\nDevelopment of the written proposal, focusing on the creation of bespoke content in addition to the customisation of bid library content\nLead and develop the creation of post-submission presentations (internal and external to the client)\n\n✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO HAVE
\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with people at all levels of an organisation\nDemonstrable leadership skills and experience within bidding\nExperience writing and managing public sector bids - preferred\nStrong track record developing and managing winning proposals\nProficient user of MS Office, preferably with advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and ADOBE Creative Cloud tools\nAbility to evidence links to the APMP (including certification) is desired\n\n✅WHY JOIN US?
