What You Will Do:

Provide strategic finance partnering to sales, finance and functions leaders (Marketing, Supply Chain etc.) for the Europe CEE legacy Healthcare business.Lead initiatives to improve market growth and profitability: Revenue and innovation growth, pricing strategy, capital investment plan and gross margin improvement actionsCommunicate and influence across business partners, incl. Ecolab functions, market leaders, Supply Chain and others on various business and financial mattersPrepare presentation materials to support Sr. Leadership (Finance, Sales, Marketing) in business planning, strategic review meetings and monthly financial reviewsDrive special projects, process improvement and analysis for wider division as required (especially in the area of commercial finance)Support in the areas of planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis
