Strategic Accounts Manager OEM

You will be on the front line of our business and are directly responsible for the generation of tens of millions in gross auction proceeds every year. Your focus is handling all OEM clients.

As the main contact for a portfolio of major accounts you build relationships with executives and other stakeholder at all levels throughout the customers´ organization. Travelling throughout Europe, you are well known at our client’s head- and branch offices. Having a cross-territorial and international role you are well equipped to connect and align both in- and outside of Ritchie Bros.

You are a strategic thinker, and the ability to make sound decisions quickly in a fast-paced setting. Be able to operate successfully in a rapidly changing, ambiguous and less defined environment. You have a digital first approach when it comes to sales-tactics, but you are able to switch to conventional methods with ease. Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills are essential for this job.

Experience working for or dealing with OEM / Rental companiesStrong track record in a Strategic selling environment Multiple years of sales experienceProfessional level English

You will be accountable for: 

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new client acquisitions and grow revenue in the sector. With the support of our local and regional sales teams, harvest opportunities within assigned account(s) and grow revenue by increasing penetration and expansion Coordinate with RB Global Service sales team to cross sell ancillary services that support the equipment lifecycleReport on activities, contract status and overall sales progressions in target opportunities.Responsible for the forecast, in alignment with RSMs.Create efficient processes to support easiness of business with Operations and Sales Support.Represent Ritchie Bros. at professional groups and trade shows.
