What You Can Expect
Responsible for identifying and implementing Corporate Sales strategies and tactics to maximize Zimmer Biomet sales growth within assigned territories, accounts and/or product segments.
How You'll Create Impact Lead and mentor a team of Strategic Account Representatives within the designated geography to drive impactful engagement with key accounts.Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing account performance within the region.Foster and maintain relationships with large organizations within the assigned geography to support business objectives.Partner with marketing teams to deploy tools, resources, and content designed to support customer engagement and account development.Establish performance KPIs for field teams and provide regular reporting on progress, strategic activities, and engagement outcomes.What Makes You Stand Out Proven ability to lead field-based teams and manage regional business initiatives.Strong understanding of healthcare systems, referral pathways, and primary care practice models.Experience working with or calling on IDNs, ACOs, CINs, and large physician groups.Ability to develop scalable strategies and execute through others.Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence skills.Excellent verbal and written communication with experience in developing and delivering executive-level presentations.Ability to analyze data, set KPIs, and drive performance based on measurable results.Financial acumen, strategic thinking, and change leadership skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM or field reporting tools preferred.Your Background Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field required.5+ years in sales, marketing, commercial strategy, or healthcare business development.Experience in leading regional initiatives or managing market development teams preferred.Background in orthopedic, primary care, or healthcare referral systems is a plusTravel ExpectationsUp to 50% travel, including regular field travel within assigned zone and occasional national meetings
Expected Compensation Range: $91,022 - $136,533 base wtih $65,000 target bonus
