Key job responsibilities
- Engage deeply with strategic seller accounts to identify opportunities for business growth and improved seller performance.
- Promote and drive adoption of Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) to enhance the customer experience.
- Educate sellers on the benefits of Sponsored Ads and support their adoption of Amazon's Ads solutions.
- Map new business opportunities, such as selection gaps in specific subcategories, and inform our overall sales strategy.
- Act as the voice of the seller, escalating feedback to appropriate teams and collaborating cross-functionally to improve Amazon's products, services, processes, systems, and tools.
- You will communicate directly with Brazilian sellers at Amazon marketplace, so Portuguese fluency is required.
