Now, we’re looking for a Strategic Account Leader to drive growth and deepen relationships across key accounts in the UK, with a focus on our Building and Campus solutions.

What You’ll Do

 

As a Strategic Account Leader, you will:

Own and grow strategic customer relationships across the enterprise infrastructure ecosystem. Support a team of Strategic Account Managers working across the European region to grow revenue within their portfolio of accounts. Develop and execute account strategies that align with customer goals and CommScope’s business objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, engineering, and executive teams to deliver tailored solutions. Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and lead complex sales cycles from discovery to close. Represent CommScope at industry events, customer meetings, and executive briefings.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in strategic account management, preferably in broadband, telecoms, or enterprise infrastructure. Strong understanding of networking technologies, including fiber, copper, and wireless infrastructure. Demonstrated ability to build C-level relationships and influence decision-making. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset and a passion for innovation. Willingness to travel across the UK and occasionally internationally.
