We are looking for a Strategic Account Technology Strategist (S-ATS) to join our team covering a well-known global consumer goods customer in Japan. The role is based in Tokyo with opportunity to drive business and technical outcomes at customer sites.

 

This role is embedded in a global extended team which moves at a rapid pace and is focused on customer obsession and effective impact. The S-ATS must be able to engage at the same rapid cadence and maximize internal relationships across timezones, while driving the high level of service and satisfaction our customers expect.

 

The S-ATS will enable our customers to envision new possibilities in Cloud and AI Platforms, AI Business Solutions and Security. The objective of these technologies is to deliver secure and successful solutions that generate high-value business outcomes for our customers, create positive customer experiences and drive revenue growth for Microsoft.

 

The Senior Account Technology Strategist (ATS) will:

Be knowledgeable in Microsoft Cloud and AI Platforms, AI Business Solutions and Security offerings; and understand how best to implement those in the context the consumer goods industryDemonstrate proven history of innovating technical solutions to achieve customers’ business objectives and achieving account growth targetsBe able to design and drive leading edge technology initiatives in partnership with our customer executives, directors and managers, supporting desired business outcomes and achieving Microsoft’s business objectives.Pair with Strategic Account Executive (S-AE). The successful applicant will be able to work closely with the S-AE to inform on technology and shape across our technical offerings, maintain a regular cadence, and keep the S-AE informed on ongoing discussions with customers and partners.Able to shape the technical aspects of a commercial pursuit, resource effectively within Microsoft and partners to fill knowledge gaps and drive customer and Microsoft growth.
