Designation: Strategic Account ManagerLocation: Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities:Drive new customer acquisition within the assigned territoryManage and nurture relationships with the existing customer base, ensure effective and coordinated engagementMaintain daily reporting of all sales activities and effective use of CRM with regular pipeline movement and daily updatesLead business development initiatives by building strong relationships with corporate clients and securing MoU's for services such as self-evaluation reports, D&B Global Ratings, 3rd Party Risk Assessment, Finance Analytics, Risk Analytics, DUNS Registered Solutions (DRS), ESG Registered Solutions (ERS), Hoovers, Market Research, etc.Plan and execute theme-based events, ensuring participation from CXO/CFO-level stakeholders as part of the customer acquisition strategyEnsure timely renewal of all assigned accounts, while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and account upgradesTake ownership of accounts receivables within the designated region, ensuring timely collectionsShare industry insights regularly and maintain continuous engagement with clients through courtesy meetings and relationship-building effortsEnsure process adherence at all times and error-free timely delivery of projectsLiaise with the operations team for smooth execution of deliverables and ensure the service expectations of customers are metMaintain data and client contact details in appropriate data warehouses hygienicallyFile progress reviews and forecasting reports periodically as required by managementRegularly update all activities in the provided tools and track the movement of all such activitiesKey Requirements:Graduate or post-graduate with relevant experience of 4-6 years in business developmentProven selling skills, especially in handling key accountsStrong communication and presentation skillsStrong research and negotiation skillsGood knowledge of the local commercial and industrial beltsAbility to comprehend and analyze financial statementsUnderstanding of the basics of financials and accountingHighly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environmentUnderstanding of corporate business models across industries, industry trends, and market behaviorWillingness to travel beyond city limits for business interestsStrong analytical skills and ability to provide value-added insightsProficient in MS Office toolsAll Dun & Bradstreet job postings can be found at and .
