**About this Role:**
The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and strategic alignment with their business goals. The SAM will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, leveraging their deep understanding of the client’s needs to deliver tailored solutions and drive long-term partnerships.
**As a Strategic Account Manager, You Will:**
+ Serve as the main liaison between the company and strategic accounts.
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their business needs and objectives.
+ Proactively address client issues, provide solutions, and ensure overall satisfaction.
+ Collaborate with clients to create and execute account strategies that align with their goals and our service offerings.
+ Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and propose new solutions or services to meet evolving client needs.
+ Oversee the delivery of services and products to ensure they meet client expectations and contractual obligations.
+ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective execution of client projects and initiatives.
+ Monitor account performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure success.
+ Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling of additional products or services.
+ Contribute to the development of proposals and participate in negotiations to secure new business.
+ Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
+ Use market insights to provide strategic recommendations and enhance account growth.
**Required Education, Experience & Skills:**
+ 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role, with a proven track record of managing strategic accounts; or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
+ Strong understanding of client relationship management, sales strategies, and business development.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
+ Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions to complex client needs.
+ Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
+ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
+ Authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship.
**Preferred Education, Experience & Skills:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
+ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Sales Force
