Scope of this position: LA South **You will be responsible for** : + **Competitive Landscape:** Identifies direct or indirect competitors. Analyzes their product/service offerings, unique value propositions, pricing models, marketing strategies, etc. Distinguishes the organization's offerings and ensures competitiveness. + **External Market Knowledge** : Understands and is current on global and local trends and/or changes and how this informs and influences marketing. Gathers and uses competitive intelligence. + **Go-To-Market Strategy:** Builds awareness of a product or service offering. Creates and converts leads into customers. Expands market share by entering new markets, growing customer engagement, and outperforming competitors. + **Health Economics:** Studies the problems faced in promoting health for all. Aims to understand the behavior of individuals, health care providers, public and private organizations, and governments in decision-making. Applies economic theories of consumer, producer, and social choice. + **Medical Regulation Compliance:** Complies with health care operating principles, government regulations, and codes of ethics in health care-related situations. Provides health care in a manner that is consistent with national, state, and health care laws to meet the individual needs of patients. + **Health Intelligence:** Interprets, analyzes, processes, and generates useful products that assist individuals such as public health practitioners, clinicians, responders, decision and policy makers, and wider stakeholders, in making sense of health surveillance data and using it to better achieve goals. + **Market Opportunity Assessment:** Assesses the market, develops strategies to identify profitable opportunities and capitalize on factors that might accelerate growth. + Pricing Model and Strategy: Determines the best prices for products and services being offered by developing various models and weighing the advantages and disadvantages of each. + **Regulatory Compliance:** Adheres to laws, regulations, guidelines, and specifications relevant to its business processes. + Strategic Reinvention: Identifies and captures opportunities in fast-changing global markets. Honors the 6 C's - commitment, courage, cognizance of bias, curiosity, cultural intelligence, and collaboration. **Qualifications - Background** • Education Level required: University degree in Business Administration, Engineer, Economics, Pharmacy, Medical, Scientific Background or related areas • MBA desired • Preferred background: Access, Medical Affairs or Health Economics • Previous experience in Market Access is desired and solid knowledge on the Argentinean and Chilean healthcare systems. • Desires experience leading teams • Strong analytical skills • Advanced English • Location of the role: Buenos Aires, Argentina.
