**Job Description:**
**Main responsibilities:**
+ Development and execution of access plans for the products in portfolio, integrating short, medium, and long-term business strategies and supervising the field execution of the PSL as a direct report.
+ Design of innovative models, pricing strategies, communication plans, and follow-up on relationship plans adhering to applicable ethics codes and policies.
+ Ensure validation and approval of communication materials for PSLs and/or KAMs to enable appropriate interaction with payers and stakeholders related to the health technology assessment process, value of our innovation and market shaping.
+ Identification of risks and opportunities, considering, among other things, current and future competitors, changes in the health system, financing-willingness to pay, and payment capacity.
+ Close collaboration with field teams to accelerate access to innovative therapies, reducing waiting times and providing necessary information. It is expected that this position will have fieldwork at least three times a month to ensure PSL support and better understand account dynamics and relationships.
+ Ensure compliance with policies and codes of conduct and ethics.
