Implement and prepare for interpretation of cardiac testing that includes EKGs, Holter Monitoring Hook-ups and Stress Testing.

Responsibilities:

Edit EKGs, after physician review, by deleting, inserting or making additions of established phrases in the ECG Computerized System (MUSE). Utilize all computer systems (MUSE, TDS, etc) for testing data, result reporting and mailing, billing, etc. Perform cardiac testing that include EKGs, rhythm strips, Signal Average ECGs, Stress testing, Holter Monitoring hook-ups, according to protocol and in a timely fashion. Maintain equipment by cleaning and stocking on a daily basis as well as alerting appropriate personnel of needed repairs and supplies needed. Also maintain the department area to meet Safety & Security regulations (JCAHO & OSHA).
