Role:
The Senior Art Director is responsible for the development of concept, art direction and production for all types of creative and marketing projects. This includes print, digital, social, television, radio, collateral, brochures, point of sale materials, websites and all ad-hoc assignments that might arise. An ability to work in a team collaboratively, lead, mentor and work well with multiple stakeholders from different geographies to create and deliver cutting edge design and creative solutions involved in all phases of creative process. You will be responsible for planning and executing projects independently and in conjunction with various team across all mediums.
Responsibilities:
Build and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their needs and challenges. Work effectively with cross-functional teams within large and matrixed organisations. Conduct discovery sessions to identify areas where AI can add value and solve business problems. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and propose tailored AI solutions. Oversee AI solution implementation, managing timelines, budgets, quality and resource allocation. Ensure clear, consistent communication with stakeholders regarding progress and risk mitigation. Monitor and evaluate implemented AI solutions, identifying areas for optimisation and improvement. Document and share best practices, case studies and lessons learned to enhance team knowledge. Partner with key stakeholders across the agency landscape to drive AI adoption. Share your strong understanding of client business objectives and how AI can drive value. Ability to identify business problems that can be addressed through AI solutions.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of Technology & Data with a lens on AI concepts & machine learning, platform delivery methodologies and potential business applications especially in the context of content production e.g. automated asset tagging, virtual product twins, etc Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to guide project teams towards the goal ensuring the end vision, objectives and key results are achieved. Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and concise language for clients. Ability to educate on data governance and the use of AI responsibly with the intention to influence change. Project management skills and experience in overseeing solution implementation within an environment of digital transformation. Problem-solving mindset and a passion for finding innovative solutions. Passion for data backed measurable insights determining the success criteria of projects & implementation programmes. As an example indicators like “speed to market”, “engagement levels with end users”, “Marketing return on investment” as success criteria to determine project implementation milestones. Ability to work independently and driven to hold yourself and teams accountable. Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.#LI-HR1
