Our experts co-create products with customers to bring innovations to major industry sectors such as transportation, consumer goods, industrial applications, and construction.These solutions contribute to a sustainable future by pushing the boundaries in thermal resistance, robustness and lightweight applications. **During your Monday to Friday day shift as a Stores Material Handling Technician, you will** + Process and manage SAP Material Reservations: This includes receiving, creating, and picking materials, performing 'Goods Issue', and adding new parts to inventory. + Handle Inventory Management: Create new Material Masters, update SAP Bills of Materials, review and adjust inventory levels, and identify and dispose of obsolete materials. + Coordinate and have open communication while working with plant maintenance and procurement to manage inventory, oversee annual cycle counts, and communicate with plants regarding inventory restocking. + Perform stock replenishment and inspection duties: Review purchase requisitions, inspect received inventory, and address discrepancies with purchasing and vendors. + Be a part of cycle counts and investigations: Perform regular inventory cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and process work cycles as required. **If you...** + Have a HS Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of Warehousing experience + Have a valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a mobile equipment forklift license + Are skilled in the operations of relevant equipment (ex: Pallet Jacks, Reach Truck, Floor Scrubber, Box Truck) + Have a working knowledge of SAP, Power point, Word and Excel + Are capable of safely lifting 50 lbs. **Create your own chemistry with you@BASF** At BASF, you will have the chance to do meaningful work towards building a more sustainable future.
