Proficiency in Microsoft systems is essential, with experience in SAP or similar stock management tools being a plus. Certifications like FLT, ADR, and Gas Safe are desirable.

Stores & Logistics Technician

What You’ll Be Doing

Receive and store deliveries, following temperature and location guidelines

Track stock levels, place orders, and help with inventory counts

Provide friendly and reliable service at our internal counter

Safely handle and store hazardous waste

Assist with sample shipments following safety regulations

Maintain supply levelsTransport and replace lab products

Keep storage areas clean, safe, and compliant

Support the team with additional tasks that make a real impact

Additional Responsibilities

Complete administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

Help with inventory tracking, audits, and reporting using our systems

Learn and follow safety procedures for handling sensitive materials

Manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities

What You Bring

Experience in logistics, inventory, or administrative work—even from summer jobs or service roles

Ability to multitask and stay organized

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Clear communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

A team-oriented mindset and a focus on customer service
