Stores Lead
As the Stores Lead, you will report to the Director of Maintenance and oversee the timely procurement, receipt, and delivery of parts and materials to support operational needs. In this role, you will lead a team of Stores Agents, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and delivering training to ensure efficient workflows and compliance with maintenance requirements.

Essential Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

2 years of Procurement experienceManage procurement of equipment, parts, goods, and services, including price negotiation and documentation.Review and process purchase orders, track status, and ensure timely delivery.Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors.Inspect incoming parts and certify outgoing components per Maintenance Control Manual (MCM) standards.Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits for accuracy.Maintain inventory records and documentation for audit compliance.

Coordinating & Tracking

Coordinate sourcing, tracking, storage, and distribution of parts per Maintenance Manuals.Manage repair orders, core units, and return-to-inventory items.Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to meet material needs and support schedules.Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with MCM/MPM.Assigns and oversees daily tasks for Stores Agents, providing guidance, coaching, and training as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 years of experience in a warehouse or shipping environmentDangerous Goods training highly preferredAbility to learn quickly and develop a thorough understanding of parts and Summit aircraftsBasic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) skillsExcellent attention to detail, and a high level of accuracyAbility to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environmentExceptional communication skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a team

Work Conditions:

Monday to Friday (Regular 8 hours, flexible timings)Role includes occasional weekend shifts on call
