Für unser Sikkens Center in Sempach suchen wir dich als

 

 

Mitarbeiter/-in Verkaufsstellen Applikation Microsoft Dynamics und Verkaufsunterstützung 40% (w/m/d)

 

 

 

Deine Aufgaben

 

 

•    Administrative, organisatorische Applikation und Unterstützung des Verkaufspersonals inkl. der regionalen Vertriebsleitung und dem Außendienst
•    Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Verkaufsprozessen
•    Betreuung der Systeme Microsoft Dynamics AX, BI und P&L
•    Testing und Qualitätssicherung der AX-Umgebung bei neuen Updates und Verkaufsaktivitäten
•    Erstellung der lokalen Monatsberichte für die Schweizer Filialen
•    Stellvertretung des Applikationsverantwortlichen in sämtlichen Reporting-Angelegenheiten

•    Betreuung des Empfangs und der Zentrale im Sikkens Center Sempach

 

 

Deine Qualifikationen

 

 

•    Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
•    Erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
•    Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Microsoft Excel 
•    Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. Microsoft Dynamics AX, SAP)
•    Versierter Umgang mit Microsoft 365 
•    Fließende Deutschkenntnisse, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse, Französisch von Vorteil
•    Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
•    Freude am IT-gestützten Arbeiten sowie Interesse an Reporting- und Analyseaufgaben
