At Cummins we specialise in heavy vehicle repairs and maintenance across mining, on-highway, and power generation products. **In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: ** + Hands on work – using RF scanners to transact goods dispatch + Using hand powered trolleys 80% of the time + Using forklifts 20% of the time + Hands on work – using RF scanners to transact goods receipt + Using hand powered trolleys 80% of the time + Using forklifts 20% of the time + Hands on work creating consignments and booking transport + 80% keyboard data entry + 20% hands on moving boxed + 100% using forklift or PIV to move parts between workshops and warehouse + Participate in training and safety meetings + General cleaning activity – 30 mins a day + Daily inventory management tasks **To be successful in this role, you will need the following: ** + A current High Risk Forklift licence (preferable but not essential) + WA driver’s licence + The flexibility to work reasonable overtime as required + Previous warehousing/stores experience preferred but not essential – on the job training available to suitable applicants + Previous experience in a customer facing role as part of a team would be beneficial   + Ability to work unsupervised and commit to undertaking all work safely and efficiently + Intermediate computer skills (MS Office – intermediate Excel) and can learn new systems and processes quickly **RESPONSIBILITIES** + A current High Risk Forklift licence (preferable but not essential) + WA driver’s licence + The flexibility to work reasonable overtime as required + Previous warehousing/stores experience preferred but not essential – on the job training available to suitable applicants + Previous experience in a customer facing role as part of a team would be beneficial   + Ability to work unsupervised and commit to undertaking all work safely and efficiently + Intermediate computer skills (MS Office – intermediate Excel) and can learn new systems and processes quickly **QUALIFICATIONS** We are looking for an experienced Storeperson to join our dynamic team based at our Perth branch.
