MECS
5-10 years' experience in Logistics, Warehousing and Inventory control.
Valid Driver’s License
Own transport and ability to travel between sites.
Proven experience managing technical or heavy equipment stock - experience managing equipment, tools and loaded containers from site to site.
High level of organisation, integrity, and attention to detail.
Ability to think commercially and support operational efficiency.
Computer literate (Excel, Outlook, basic reporting systems)
Strong administrative and reporting skills.
Hands-on, assertive, and physically fit – must be willing to work long hours and weekends when needed.
Full stock control and inventory management of tools, rigging equipment, crane gear, consumables,
PPE, and Warehouse assets.
Daily tracking of the In-house Warehouse team’s workload assigned jobs and tool or consumables they will need for assigned tasks in the workshop.
Develop and maintain Equipment lists in the Warehouse.
Daily tracking of container movements to and from project sites (local and international) holding role players accountable.
Drive safe reliable and sustainable Warehousing & Logistics operations.
Ensuring equipment lists for containers are checked, signed, and accounted for Replenishing, cleaning, and auditing containers upon return from projects.
Maintaining container-specific Excel stock sheets; presenting updates at monthly EMD meetings.
Managing consumables (purchase orders, storage, usage reports) - Requesting PO's for stock replacement and acquisition of new tools and equipment.
Issuing equipment to site teams and ensuring sign-outs are properly documented.
Upholding warehouse discipline – nothing moves without documentation and approval.
