Job Description

Major Responsibilities
- Under general supervision, with latitude for independent initiative and judgment, perform responsible clerical transactions related to borough storehouse operations.
- Coordinate storehouse transactional requisitions, issues, and receipts using the Asset Management Parks System (AMPS), review and update records.
- Disperse supplies to districts as necessary and schedule supply pickups.
- Monitor and update inventory records in AMPS, ensuring accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Support the Storehouse manager with scheduling and prioritizing daily tasks.
- Prepare and participate in daily cycle counts and year-end inventory counts.
- Perform data entry and prepare supply analysis using Microsoft Word and Excel and answering phones.
- Perform clerical tasks and filing records accurately.
- Ensure and support a safe working environment that is clean, organized and efficient.
- In the absence of the Storehouse manager act as a representative for the storehouse in related business areas.
- Other storehouse and inventory supply related assignments and associated tasks as required.

Qualifications
Qualification Requirements
1. High school graduation or equivalent and three years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to duties described above; or
2. Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" above.

Salary Min: $ 44,545.00
Salary Max: $ 74,134.00
