Join our Store Trading Support team and be the driving force behind creating exceptional retail experiences! As an expert in category and trading execution, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Leisure, Tech and Play categories to exceed sales and service targets.
Job DescriptionOur Store Trading support team members are experts in developing and coordinating the right environment to create exceptional retail customer experiences. They do this by delivering expert customer led in-store category execution & support with events & trading execution, store category initiatives & display guidance.
This role is all about helping our Leisure, Tech, and Play categories shine in store!

Bringing trading initiatives to life that boost sales and profitCoordinating the rollout of events, promotional activity, and seasonal campaignsCreating new processes and policies that make execution easier and more effectiveOwning and resolving store queries, and being a trusted support partnerTraining and guiding stores on visual merchandising and layout resetsRegularly visiting stores to see how things are landing, and offering hands-on supportQualificationsWe’re looking for someone who gets retail – you know how stores tick, what great execution looks like, and what they need from the Store Trading Support team to truly deliver.
We are after someone who ideally has hands-on experience and passion for the Leisure, Tech and Play categories.
