Store Setup Specialist

ADI Global Distribution is hiring a Store Setup Specialist As part of our ongoing store harmonization initiative following the acquisition of Snap One, we are forming a dedicated team of Store Setup Specialists. JOB DUTIES

Execute store setup activities following construction completion, including both new store moves and in-place changeouts. Territory includes United States and Canada Receive and verify incoming product shipments. Empty existing racking and prepare the space for new racking installations as needed. Merchandise new racking according to guidance and visual merchandising standards. Collaborate with construction teams, store operations, business excellence team, sales leadership and merchandising teams to ensure seamless execution of store setup plans. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment during setup activities. Troubleshoot and resolve setup issues in real-time to minimize delays. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving store setup processes and efficiency.

 

YOU MUST HAVE

Previous experience in store setup, merchandising, or operations preferred. Role requires 90%+ travel Valid US Passport Must have the ability to travel throughout United States and Canada Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting, moving, and setting up fixtures and merchandise. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
