JOB SUMMARY
The Sr Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of all in-store signage, fixtures, special projects and fulfillment while ensuring alignment with weekly promotions, visual merchandising, and key initiatives from store development, merchandising, marketing, and eCommerce. This role focuses on enhancing the customer shopping experience by prioritizing customer needs and objectives. This position also manages the external agency responsible for signage production and installation. This role reports into the Sr. Director, Store Experience
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Manage in-store signage, fixtures (store development) and customer communications initiatives for daily operations, events, collaborations, themes, collections, loyalty programs, credit card promotions, store openings/remodels, and other key initiatives.
Develop store experience plans and briefs for marketing campaigns and visual merchandising initiatives, encompassing signage and store audio.
Optimize the store experience for merchandising updates, balancing merchant priorities with customer needs to enhance self-service shopping.
Manage a $3M+ annual budget, continuously identifying cost-saving solutions for existing and new programs.
Oversee a quarterly store signage and fixture clean-up and audit system to ensure compliance with guidelines and standards.
Establish and maintain standards for accurate, timely, and complete material delivery to stores and customers.
Conduct post-analysis and hindsight reviews of store experience initiatives, documenting learnings and best practices for future projects.
Manage monthly and quarterly signage and fixture updates for key visual merchandising presentations.
Collaborate with the creative and merchandising team on signage requests and updates, including seasonal signage packages.
Monitor and track substrate and material adjustments based on execution and store feedback to optimize results for both signage and fixture projects.
Manage the signage and fixture fulfillment to ensure timely distribution of requested items to stores.
Manage and track store signage and fixture communications to ensure accuracy and clarity of instructions.
Collaborate with the internal marketing agency on photography for in-store signage, working with relevant teams to secure appropriate imagery.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a retail organization or agency serving retail clients.
Experience in a retail marketing organization or with retail clients is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Print production experience is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
