Store Operations Supervisor
About The RoleOur Authentication Centers (warehouses) are where the magic happens! As Store Operations Supervisor, you will help lead a team of Warehouse Technicians to achieve maximum efficiency and while fulfilling Store operations metrics. This role will partner with all the retail leaders and IO’s at the store for a successful retail experience for our customers and consignors.

What You Get To Do Every Day

Assist in planning and organizing departmental goals by understanding priorities and taking a proactive approach to managing workflow and associate hours

Manage the flow of product to ensure the timely and accurate processing of merchandise.

Develop daily plans to ensure forecasts and productivity objectives/metrics are met.

Provide leadership, direction and on-going monthly coaching to all of your staff to ensure consistent achievement and alignment.

Maintain communication programs including daily associate meetings, performance discussions and support of employee recognition programs.

Daily review and maintenance of required reports.

Reinforce and demonstrate a positive health and safety attitude through support and enforcement of health and safety policies. Manage incident reports as needed.

Provide EOD report to maintain daily 100% accountability of all orders; manage all daily Order exceptions and report against languishing orders on a daily/weekly/monthly basis

Proactively manage orders from receipt through final shipment, ensuring that the SOP’s are adhered to.

Partner with cross-functional team members leading daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation exercises to resolve open order issues

Partner with peers and support associates by building a team environment through strong floor presence and maintaining a positive, professional behavior at all times

Act as key contributor/collaborator in the training & development of existing and newly hired associates

Develop and maintain an efficient and motivated workforce.

On a daily basis, organize workload throughout the department to maximize efficiency and meet company goals. 

Monitor individual and team productivity, and drive continuous productivity improvement through process enhancements and one on one coaching. 

Research and resolve pick and ship reported errors, and initiate efforts to prevent reoccurrence by addressing the root cause. (Zendesk as required) 

Collaborate with QC & Training team for new hires and existing employees on processes and procedures, as needed. 

Provide department, productivity and efficiency reporting. 

Maintains clean, safe and organized warehouse environment in accordance with department standards.

Serve as back up to the Assistant Managers

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:

1 to 2 years of supervisory experience in inventory control, product analysis, and/or production in an e-commerce warehouse environment

Minimum of 2-plus years of retail distribution experience (business or consumer)

Ability to lead and influence a team

Experience with inventory control and reconciliation

Ability to take direction and shift priorities to meet business needs

Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills 

Adaptability and openness to change

A growth mindset with a solutions focus

Proven analytical, organizational, strategic, tactical and time management skills

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others to achieve excellence

Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

Strong sense of urgency and the capacity to accomplish results while under pressure

Preferred Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree 

Experience in ecommerce operations 

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets 

Knowledge and experience working with luxury goods 

Strong analytical and business intelligence background

Experience in ecommerce operations/ warehouse environment

The expected hourly rate for this role is $23.99-$28.93. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
